AI & HI: COGNITIVE COLLABORATION
A first-of-its kind collaboration that enables sales, marketing, and finance teams to adjust our AI-generated forecasts with distribution changes, new marketing investments, supply constraints, and other buyer communication.
BACKGROUND
Our users were in clear need of the ability to effectively communicate and adjust AI-generated forecasts. With this new emerging need, we created a collaboration tool that would allow our user's sales teams to easily factor distribution changes, constraints, as well as propagate company-wise forecast edits.
ROLE
I collaborated closely with leads on the data science and engineering teams, and product management to firstly grasp a better understanding of emerging user and company needs. Following this, I drove the end-to-end design process from iteration to execution.
